At Gigasavvy, the Social Media Community Manager is the first point of contact for all of our clients’ online fans and the mastermind behind the content shared on their platforms.

This person is primarily responsible for partnering with our Senior Media Strategists to help create, plan, and execute social media plans and strategies for multiple clients for our agency. Some of these strategies, tactics, and responsibilities will include social media strategy development, creative oversight, performance reporting, and budget management across multiple channels. These advertising channels include, but are not limited to paid social.

We are looking for a digital-savvy person to own the social communities for all our social media clients. This person will manage and develop content, helping to reinforce a strong brand voice, and nurture relationships with the community.

As part of this position, it is important that the Community Manager continues educating himself/herself on emerging social media and marketing trends, and general marketing and advertising strategies. The individual in this role will also need to become familiar with our offerings and differentiators as a company and be able to communicate them to others in meetings, online, presentations or speaking engagements, as well as at informal networking events.
