Gigasavvy is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and strategic-minded professional to fill the Account Supervisor position. The Account Supervisor reports directly to the Account Director and plays a critical role within the agency, responsible for owning and navigating key client relationships. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for working directly with clients and the internal team to ensure business goals are met and a high level of client satisfaction is maintained.

A day in the life...

  • Grab your coffee and pow-pow with the Production Manager to ensure there is alignment on the day’s priorities
  • Collaborate with the internal team on internal reviews, revisions, client feedback, answers to questions, project kick off meetings, etc.
  • Put out a few client fires here and there with ease before lunch
  • Take a client to lunch to catch up on their personal lives, latest business developments and new opportunities
  • Get more coffee and snacks (maybe a glass of wine), while trying your hand at some ping-pong or foosball
  • Wrap up the day by sending some amazing creative assets or stellar campaign performance updates to a few clients

The Account Supervisor’s responsibilities include:

  • Internal and external strategic account leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior level clients
  • Represent the agency POV, services, and values in a way that positions Gigasavvy as a partner to clients in support of their business
  • Lead and direct client presentations and reviews
  • Day to day project oversight and accountability
  • Financial accountability of assigned accounts
  • Seek out new opportunities to grow clients’ business
  • Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to resolve any client or internal team conflicts
  • Work closely with the Account Director on development of client partner SWOT analysis and account planning
  • Management and oversight of account team members


  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in related field required including; Communications, Advertising, Marketing or Business
  • Must have a minimum of 6-8 years of account experience in an agency
  • Must have a demonstrated understanding of traditional and digital marketing including website design and development, paid media, social media, email marketing, and search
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills, confident working with and presenting to clients
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Ability to collaborate closely and effectively with internal teams
